We require a minimum stay of two nights. In July and August, on holiday weekends
and over the Christmas/New Year holiday season we have a three night minimum.
If there is only a 3 night space left between bookings we may require a three night
stay if it is very busy. Two night stays in July, August and on holidays are
possible when there are spaces in between reservations and/or when vacancies are expected.
2 Person Maximum
The cottages are designed for a maximum of 2 persons. To guarantee a quiet, respectful
atmosphere we allow only registered guests on the property
and guests only in the cottage which they have booked for themselves.
Under no circumstances can other people be invited on the property e.g. for visits,
parties or weddings.
All cottages provide a king size bed and we are not able to provide a cot.
There is however enough room if you want to bring a travel bed.
The cottages are very close to the edge of a cliff. Because of the potentially dangerous
location children cannot be allowed in the cottages. Infants are welcome as long as they
are not yet able to walk.
Deposit and Payment of Balance
To reserve a cottage we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
The deposit can be paid by
Interac e-Transfer, VISA Card, or MasterCard.
The balance of the invoice is due at the check-in day.

Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival for refund of the deposit, although a
service fee of $ 35.00 is applied on such cancellations. For cancellations later than 21 days
prior to arrival, the deposit will be not refunded.
Check-In - Check-Out TimeCheck-in time is after 3.00 p.m.
However, caused by the difficult labor situation, if there are several cottages to clean
one of the cottages might not be ready for check in until 4.00 p.m.
Check-out time is before 11.00 a.m.
All cottages are non smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the sundecks.
Intruding Activities Prohibited
Activities and the use of items that might disturb other guests is prohibited.
Examples for that would be the use of drones or loud music on the sundeck.
Covid-19 Related Policies
All cottages are thoroughly cleaned and all surfaces sanitized.
To exclude any danger of infection we avoid all contact with our guests.
For check-in we have the following procedure:
The payment for the outstanding amount which is due at check-in will be charged to the credit card
which was provided for the payment of the deposit on the check-in day.
If you paid your deposit with e-transfer you need to send an e-transfer for the balance of the
invoice before you arrive or call us with your credit card information.
We do no longer accept cash payments.
When you arrive at check-in time you will find an envelope with your name and cottage number which
contains the key, the receipt, check-in instructions and the WiFi code in the key return box just
to the left of the office entrance door.
When you check out please throw the key into the key return box.
Please bring your fire logs, bathrobes and all your food items as we do not sell anything right now.
We will not enter any cottage in which guests are staying. Fresh towels will be put in bins outside the
entrance door of the cottage and the hot tubs will be maintained from the outside.
